Bakersfield -- Meadows Field

Airport Shuttle:

The shuttle operates from the Downtown Transit Center and goes directly to the
new terminal at Meadows Field.  Call (661) 869-6363 at least 24 hours
in advance of travel to schedule a pick-up. 

From the Bakersfield Amtrak Station to the Downtown Transit Center:

From the NW corner of Truxtun & Q Street catch Route 9 Halfmoon.  This route
travels Mon-Fri every 30 minutes at :25 & :55 after the hour until 7:25 p.m.
It travels on Sat-Sun at the same time except the last bus leaves at 6:55
p.m.  The trip to the Downtown Transit Center from Truxtun and Q Streets takes
about 10 to 15 minutes.

Then board the Airport Shuttle.
