Bicycles can be loaded inside on the lower level of the Pacific Surfliner passenger cars or stored for a nominal fee. Baggage service is available on certain Surfliners at staffed stations only. Pacific Business Class Car: The Pacific Surfliner trains offer deluxe reserved seating in Business Class with outlets for laptop computers. To make travel more comfortable, Business Class cars have large reclining seats, more legroom and offer complimentary snacks, beverages and newspapers. Reservations are required for Pacific Surfliner Business Class. Except for some holiday periods, Amtrak Pacific Surfliner coach class section does not require advance reservations. Some Amtrak long distance trains may require reservations.
