The Mariposa Amtrak stop is located at 12th and Jesse Sts in Mariposa, one block west of the central highway in Mariposa. It is a stop on the Amtrak bus service which operates between Amtrak's station in Merced and Yosemite National Park.

This stop is not staffed by Amtrak, thus no tickets are sold at this location. There is no package express nor checked baggage service either. The nearest Amtrak station offering those services is Merced.
